Refund and Returns Policy

4.1 Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene & product nature, returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received

4.2 Mandatory Condition

Customer must provide:
✔️ Unboxing Video (from start to finish)
✔️ Pictures of the issue

Without these, returns cannot be approved.

4.3 Return/Replacement Window

You must raise a request within 24–48 hours of delivery.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • Replacement is not possible
  • Product is verified as damaged/incorrect

Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

4.5 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without proper proof
  • Customised orders
  • Sale items
